Making a claim for loss or damage

I was tasked to create this explainer video in order to help Transglobal Express’s customers for lost or damaged parcel.

The goal was to give advice on what the customer needs to do before the parcel is collected, to give info about the insurance and what to do in case of damaged items.

I managed the project from the start to finish, drafting storyboard, illustrating and animating.
All the design and assets are vector based, created in Adobe Illustrator and animated in Adobe After Effects. The challenge in this project was to make seamless transitions between the scenes in order to make the video dynamic and appealing but informative and simple at the same time.
